By creating an account or using StreamTally ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
StreamTally is an analytics tool. You upload sales reports you have obtained from your selling platform(s), and we calculate profit, performance, and buyer metrics for your own use. StreamTally is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whatnot, TikTok, eBay, or any selling platform.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your data. You may export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
StreamTally computes figures from the reports you provide. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the numbers are error-free or suitable for tax, accounting, or legal purposes. You are responsible for verifying figures before relying on them, and for consulting a qualified professional for tax and financial decisions.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Do not misuse the Service: no attempting to breach security, access other users' data, reverse-engineer the Service, or upload unlawful content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamTally is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
