What we collect

Account info: your email address and password (stored only as a secure one-way hash).
Sales data you upload: the contents of the seller reports you import — orders, fees, buyer usernames, amounts.
Costs you enter: inventory and expense figures you add manually.
Basic technical data: IP address and timestamps, used for security and to operate the Service.

How we use it

Solely to provide the Service: to calculate and display your profit, performance, and buyer metrics, to secure your account, and to process payment for paid plans. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the infrastructure providers needed to run the Service — our hosting provider (to store the app and database) and our payment processor (to handle subscriptions; they receive your billing details, not your sales data). We do not share your data with any selling platform or third party for their own use.

Buyer usernames

Your uploaded reports contain your buyers' usernames and states. We process this only to show you your own buyer analytics. It is visible only to you and is never shared across accounts.

Data retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can export or delete your data at any time from the app, or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your data from our systems.

Security

Passwords are hashed with scrypt; sessions are stored as hashes; data is isolated per account. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
